Processing time

Typically 2–4 business days, depending on the order volume, stock availability and order shipping location i.e. international/global orders. We do not process and ship orders during weekend.  

 

Shipping & Delivery time

  • Typical delivery time for US orders are 7-14 business days from shipped if normal. However, it can take longer time to time depending on the courier speed, due to courier delay and exception. Once shipped, you will be notified with tracking number(s) and other shipment updates via our system notification email and our contact emails. Please check your junk mails if not received.
  • International Orders with extended delivery time depending on the destination. Typical delivery time is 7-14 business days, if normal. But some infrequent order or hard to reach countries take 7-25 days+
  • Expedited delivery, Generally we do not offer expedited delivery service however please contact us first to get estimates if allowed. Typical service starts/ranged $20-40. For some countries, expedited services are not available.

  • Shipping Speed and Delivery time is NOT guaranteed as our free shipping is standard service. Courier does not work for us and we also pay the couriers. Courier intercept service is not available for our shipping service. 
  • Customer's Personal Delivery Timeline - Generally, merchant is not responsible to meet customer's personal timeline. Customer should plan order delivery accordingly. However, contact us so that we can urge logistics/Couriers for you. 
  • Items with shipping restrictions: Some items do not ship internationally due to shipping cost & other restrictions if noted in each item page. If you still want the item, please contact us to estimate the shipping cost. Our designed collection mostly charges shipping fees for international orders unless otherwise indicated in the product page.

    • Our default return center is located in the US, New York and all items to be returned to our default return center located in the US, New York unless applicable for the manufacturer covered return. 
    • Free return to the manufacturer factory return center: Some order are qualified for free return to the manufacturer/our supplier factory return center other than our NY return center. In this case, we will provide free shipping label for your local drop off courier location. This could be US, Europe and other qualified return location of the manufacturer factory. 
    • Generally UK, Canada, Australia and other hard to reach global locations are not qualified for free return and need to return to our US return location with authorized return via our email contact.
