Dark floral decor is also a perfect decorating theme during a season change, especially from a hotter to a cooler one. By adding these dark floral items to lighter summery scenes, it slowly helps and eases the transition without investing too much or a drastic change. So to say, take it easy!

Summer is officially here and we already had one of the hottest days of the year already. The room without AC was unbearable but with right elements and items, summer room is quite enjoyable with its coolness.

Let's go minimalist. Clean and natural fabrics work best for summer look. Washed linen or cotton fabrics, fresh scents and woven straw baskets. How about some canopy nets over the bed? What more can be more summery dreaming than that?

Each year, Pantone publishes their color trend predictions and selections for the year and this year, Living Coral (Pantone 16-1546) is the color of 2019. Slightly different from the traditional bright red or white coral reef colors, peachy blush and volcanic powdery pink are the shades of this year's living coral. Peach and pressed pink have been already trending high in fashion during spring fashion weeks, therefore having another same color family, living coral seems like a delightful bonus.
